Enviart first released in June 2009 with a collection of art infused and culturally derived men’s t-shirts. Conceived one sleepless night by designer Manush Farhang and inspired by his wanderlust and journeys across the globe, Enviart was co founded with Robert Rockey in 2008. The collections are proudly made in Australia and influenced by the world of art, history and culture melding the past and the present with au courant urban style.
Enviart’s philosophy is born from the union of creativity and individual expression. Designs are based in ideas that percolate the mind for the keenly cognisant individual with an eye for substance and a deep sense of what’s meaningful.
Enviart’s designs go against the grain by differentiating themselves from ‘borrowed’ graphics and common prints currently stifling the men’s streetwear scene. Athletic fitted cuts and premium cotton form the canvas for vintage prints to tell their inherited stories.
Enviart was founded to be more than just a dynamic clothing label. Creating limited edition designs to raise social awareness on important issues proceeds of sales are then donated to relevant charities. Enviart is already in partnership with 21st Century Tiger to bring attention to the plight of endangered wild tigers and the devastation this has on the ecology. Plans for a second collaboration are due out later in the year to coincide with the Year of the Tiger and other important charities are already in the pipeline.
